Heat half the oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat, add lamb mince and cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic, chilli paste, paprika and sumac, cook, stirring for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and crushed tomatoes. Cook stirring for a further 2 minutes. Remove from heat, season.
Spread lamb mixture over pizza bases. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and shredded Haloumi. Bake Pizzas in pizza oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with extra sumac, top with rocket leaves.
